Assistant Scoutmaster Scott Lawrence entered scouting in 2006 when his son Brandon was a tiger. He said that he joined scouting because he enjoyed father and son time. Scott served as several den leaders in the Pack before bridging to the Troop. One of Scott's favorite camping experiences was in December of 2011. The Troop was camping at Camp Campbell and they stayed in the shelter with a roaring fire. A funny experience that Scott remembers was in July 2011 involving one of our scouts and the canoe merit badge. A dolphin leap was involved! Scott has one son Brandon, who achieved his Eagle rank in September of 2013, in the Troop still. He is married to Felicia, one of our committee members and has a senior, Kristin in Venture scouts. Scott enjoys hunting, fishing, scouting. He considers himself Tim the toolman and likes to build things bigger. Scott stated "·
guiding these boys as they become young
men has been so fulfilling, to know that they each hold the potential to do great things in the future and
make our community, state and nation the best in the world through great
leadership."
